### Villa le Galion Bleu - Piscine privée

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-François, this charming house air-conditioned with a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 45 m² with a private pool! Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
  
On the ground floor :  
\- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and coffee table.  
\- An open kitchen equipped with a bar, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...  
\- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).  
\- A bathroom with shower.  
  
On the first floor:   
\- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200).  
\- Bedroom 3: two single beds.  
\- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.  
  
Outside :  
\- A beautiful enclosed garden of 45 m².   
\- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.  
\- An above ground swimming pool of 1m50 x 3m with salt filtration and safety net.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

\- Casino de Saint-François located at 650 m (7 minutes on foot).   
\- La Rotonde market located at 1.3 km (16 minutes on foot).   
\- Saint-François Marina located at 1.3 km (16 minutes on foot).   
\- La Douche beach located 4.5 km (5 minutes by car).   
\- La Anse à la gourde located at 6.3 km (10 minutes by car).   
\- Le Moule located at 16.1 km (22 minutes by car).   
\- Sainte-Anne located at 12.7 km (17 minutes by car).   
  
Activity :   
Founded in 1963 during a Franciscan mission, Saint-François has become one of the most developed tourist centres in Guadeloupe.  
\- Sights: Admire the Pointe des Châteaux, bask on the white sandy beach of Raisins Clairs or the beach of Anse à la Gourde. For a beach sensation, go and get splashed on the Douche beach, it is made up of small pools and you can be splashed by the ebb and flow of the waves.  
\- Sporting activities: try your hand at all kinds of water sports, discover the sea bed during diving sessions (scuba or snorkeling), walk along the sandy beaches and stroll along the magnificent points and their views....   
\- Cultural visits: go on an excursion to the islands of Marie-Galante or Désirade, visit the town's museum of fine arts...  
\- Gastronomic heritage: rum distilleries, colombo, love torment, smoked chicken, blanc manger coco...  
\- Events : Market around the Rotonde every morning from Tuesday to Sunday, the tourist market on Tuesday evenings at the Rotonde, the Carnival on Lundi Gras, the rum route every 2 years in October/November...  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the closed and numbered private parking of the residence (n°C) for one vehicle.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Saint François bus station located at 1.4 km (17 minutes on foot).   
\- Nearest airport: Saint François airport 850m (10 minutes walk).   
\- To rent a car: possibility at the airport.  
  
Other remarks :  
\- Bed linen and towels included.  
\- Free Wifi available.  
\- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.   
\- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
