### La Plantation Sainte-Marthe - Studio climatisé

In the commune of Saint-François, Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent, with a shared swimming pool and less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 41 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 41 m² living room with a king-size bed (180×200), sofa and TV  
\- A kitchenette with a small dining area, including electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- Bathroom with bath and washing machine  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside :  
\- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open all year round  
\- A 13.6 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather  
\- A shared garden of 100 m², beach chairs are available in the flat for outdoor use, at the pool or in the garden.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...  
  
Activities :  
A private spa within the complex offers massages and body treatments.  
Nearby, you'll find the International Golf Course and the Saint-François marina.  
The beaches of La Coulée and Les Salines are less than 5 km away. A vehicle is required to get there.  
The pier for La Désirade and Petite Terre is also just a short walk away.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park.

\- Nearest airport: Saint-François Airport 1.3 km away.

\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
