It's a block away from a pedestrian-only street in the Quartier des Spectacles filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, and street performers. It's possible to walk down to the Vieux Port and Old Montreal areas, although it's a bit of a hike (about 15 minutes). "Was a very nice large area, the apartment itself could use a bit of work on the paint and slight damage but not a major concern at all for just staying a night. Overall, nice property that was good for the price and works well for a couple nights. The owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with which is always appreciated. "

"This was a great place for our family visit! We were able to walk most everywhere because of its proximity to sights and restaurants and we really enjoyed the space to gather and play games, etc. The apartments are very clean, appointed and spacious.
