Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with cookeo, living room, living room (smart tv) with pellet stove, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190) with its private bathroom with shower and sink, separate wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160X200 and 2 single beds 90X190), bathroom with bath and sink, separate toilet. Teleworking space in the large bedroom (very high speed). New and colorful decor. Pretty paved terrace of 10.50 m². Private garden area of approximately 200 m² and private courtyard of 100 m², the rest being shared with the owners. Relax around the superb covered and heated swimming pool from Easter to November 5, dimensions: 8 m by 4 m, depth 1.40 m, to be shared with the owners, pool towels included in your rental. Gate and fence on 50 m along the road. Possibility of closed garage for motorcycles and cyclos. Come and discover this completely renovated, spacious, bright, south-facing gîte, in a beautiful bucolic environment. Indeed, adjoining the owners, it faces a valley and offers a vast land both open and wooded with fruit trees in particular. Possibility of hiking from the cottage (3 circuits in the town), the wood of Plédran (15 km) offers walkers, joggers and mountain bikers an ideal playground, the Avaubour Bois Meur forest (20 km), with its 8 circuits, 8 atmospheres and 8 discovery areas. Bourg 1.5 km away. Market every Wednesday morning (food). Le Gouet lake 6 km away, Quintin 8 km away, small character town with its castle, lake, alleys, … Plérin Les Rosaires (18 km), family beach. Binic, pearl of the Côte de Goëlo with its port and beaches 20 km away. PLEASE NOTE: The owners can accompany you on a day trip on motorbikes or bicycles (allure audax cycle touring). In the bay of Saint Brieuc, this beautiful part of a farmhouse with a lively decor and a magnificent swimming pool is worth the detour!
