Indulge in the ultimate holiday experience at this stunning villa.

Bask in the beauty of the private property, spanning 575 m2 and surrounded by a secure fence. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool, measuring 3 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 130 to 130 cm, available seasonally from April 16 to October 1\. The pool is equipped with an alarm system for added safety. Relax in the tranquil yard and soak up the sun while appreciating the serene surroundings.

Experience the convenience of having a shop, supermarket, and restaurant within 1 km of the villa. Unit Layout  
This 5-room house spans 115 square meters across two levels, offering a comfortable and beautiful living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace and swimming pool area. One bedroom on this level features a French bed (140 cm x 190 cm). The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules provided. The kitchen also has access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet on the ground floor.  
  
Upstairs, you'll discover three more bedrooms. The first has a French bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. The second bedroom features a larger French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and air conditioning, while the third room offers two beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The entire property is equipped with forced-air heating for your comfort during your vacation.

The property is well-equipped with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is provided throughout the house, and there is a washing machine and dryer available for your laundry needs.
