Adapté pour 2 personnes, vous pourrez profiter de ce bel appartement lumineux et au calme pour profiter de la Touraine en ayant toutes les commodités à proximité. Plongez directement dans une ambiance colorée grâce à ses œuvres d'arts présentes et partez à la découverte des monuments régionaux ornant les murs.  
  
Le salon dispose d'un canapé pour vous relaxer devant la TV tout en profitant de la connexion Wifi mise à votre disposition.  
Le soir venu, un vrai lit vous attend dans le coin nuit : lieu idéal pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil.  
Pour votre confort, tout est compris dans les frais de ménage et votre lit sera fait à votre arrivée (serviettes de toilettes incluses).  
  
Préparez de délicieux repas dans la kitchenette entièrement équipée (four, micro-ondes, plaques, cafetière Nespresso). Que vous souhaitiez préparer un petit-déjeuner rapide avant de partir à l'aventure ou cuisiner un bon dîner, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

Le logement est situé au RDC mais il y a des marches à monter pour y accéder.

Vous serez dans un quartier paisible tout en restant proche de tout.  
Dans un rayon de 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement, vous trouverez toutes les commodités (pharmacie, supérettes, boulangerie, etc.)  
En marchant, comptez environ 30 minutes pour rejoindre le cœur historique du Vieux Tours et une quinzaine de minutes pour les bords de Loire situés en contre-bas.  
  
L'arrêt de bus ligne 14 et 17 "Montjoie" est situé à deux pas de l'appartement et vous permet de rejoindre la station de tramway en 5 minutes. Vous pourrez ainsi atteindre la gare de Tours en une petite vingtaine de minutes.  
La ligne 14 dessert également le centre de Tours et ses nombreux points d'intérêts tels que : la gare, la place Jean Jaurès ou encore le quartier des Halles situé dans le Vieux Tours et proche de la célèbre place Plumereau.  
Le tramway arrêt "Tranchée" est à 1,3 kilomètres.
