We offer you a superb renovated apartment of 64 m2 on the 3rd floor with elevator located in a secure residence. It will offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area close to all amenities. Restaurants, banks, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are within walking distance of the apartment.

🏡This family accommodation, which can accommodate 6 people, is ideally located for a visit to Versailles or Paris and to attend the Olympic Games 2024.  
It comprises :  
\- an entrance with storage  
\- a large bathroom with bathtub  
\- a master suite with a King Size bed (2 or 3 adults)  
\- another bedroom with a dedicated workspace and a large bed for 2 adults  
\- a living room opening onto a terrace with a glass table with 4 chairs on one side and a 3-seater sofa convertible into a bed on the other side  
\- a kitchen equipped with all the necessities  
  
The apartment has a TV, wifi with a Smart TV.  
  
The station is 5 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot with a train, 30 minutes from Paris Défense or 21 minutes from Paris Montparnasse. If you are by car, the Champs Elysées will be 30 minutes away. The Châteaux de Versailles is 5 minutes away, Pais-Orly Airport 20km away, Tram 13 connecting St Germain en Laye in 30 minutes.  
  
A few minutes from the sites of the Olympic Games in Yvelines: BMX stadium of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Colline d'Élancourt, National Vélodrome of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Château de Versailles, National Golf Course.  
  
For parking, free parking spaces are located at the foot of the building.
