Located on the seafront, this 4-story holiday residence with a swimming pool, in the southern part of Saint Cyprien Plage, offers comfortable apartments with sea views and access to a shared pool, just 30 meters from the beach and close to the lagoon.  
  
On the first floor, this east-facing holiday rental comprises a living room with a double sofa bed and a television, a separate sleeping alcove with a window and two single bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.  
  
The advantages of this seaside rental: a terrace with sea views and garden furniture, a bright apartment, outdoor parking, a washing machine, and a television. The swimming pool is open in summer.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Sa situation exceptionnelle avec la plage Belle vue de la terrasse et parking L appartement est petit et aussi vieillot il a besoin d un renouveau pour la décoration et l équipement (plaques électriques à changer un petit four serait la bienvenue)
