1-night stay while visiting the area and got to enjoy the restaurant as well. The beach is nice and the hotel has a shuttle boat from the lobby. Staff is friendly. Halls and rooms themselves are a bit dated and can use a remodel. We had a bug issue and were accommodated, so kudos to the staff for being willing to help.

The staff are very professional , friendly and attentive . I love it. The Michelin ⭐️Restaurant needs to have some more hours open, we were there 2 days and couldn’t eat at them

Wow - the service is amazing. 10/10 we had some trouble with the ac without any argument we was upgraded without any charges. That is service. Amazing food and room. The spa is also amazing! Don’t hesitate to check it out! The guy with 2 dogs.

The villa was very roomy for the four of us. Easy access to main hotel yet also reasonably secluded. Beautiful view of lagoon

The hotel was suppose to be 5 stars, but is not. The staff seem to be very nice but they did nothing (only a fan) when we told them that the air conditioner was broken.

All was good ,although if I want to be picky Room are on the small side Staff was friendly and helpful but probably understaff we have been refused dinner on Sunday evening because they were fully booked. A 5 star hotel should be able to propose some meal to his guests at any time. The Spa is quite small as well but has a very nice view.

L'hôtel se situe sur la lagune de Saint Cyprien au calme. L'équipe de cet établissement est aux petits soins avec ces hôtes. Petit plus la piscine intérieure s'ouvre sur un magnifique panorama.

#### Une expérience à vivre sans conteste 

N'ayez aucun doute. Vous serez les bienvenus ici et vous serez choyés au delà de vos espérances. Une expérience à vivre incontestablement dans un cadre très agréable. Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de temps à passer ici. Ne faites pas comme nous, n'oubliez pas vos maillots, la piscine intérieure est très belle et chauffée... Ce sera notre seul regret, mais de notre seule faute.

Lieu Magnifique autour d'une Lagune splendide, Accueil Topissime, propreté sans pareil, toute l'équipe est à nos petits soins.. La chambre au dessus de la piscine très calme avec un balcon reposant..avec toujours une petite musique en sourdine très agréable.. Merci à tous

Demande à l'arrivée d'une CNI pour la scanner ce qui est interdit en France depuis 2012 pour un Français Bagnoire bouchée plus de shampoing dans le réservoir Petit déjeuner concernant le sale moyen pour le prix Par rapport le prix de la chambre bien des erreurs pour un Relais Château malgré un personnel pléthorique
