LES CAPELLANES 1 - VT2 MEZZ - ZOL (air conditioning)  
Charming, air-conditioned, two-room (T2) mezzanine holiday cottage of approximately 32m², located in the marina area near the swing bridge, for 4/6 people. It features a sunny, west-facing, enclosed paved terrace (20m²) with garden furniture, fabric sun loungers, a parasol, and an electric griddle. The living room has a sofa bed and an LED TV. The equipped kitchenette includes two electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a washing machine. There is a shower room with a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a fabric wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Upstairs, the mezzanine has two single beds (90cm), a TV, and a chest of drawers. Ironing facilities, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. Secure parking space #18 is included. The area is quiet and pedestrianized, close to the pontoons, the beach (approximately 400m), and the Capellans shopping center. SMALL PETS WELCOME.

In the Capellans district, a pedestrian-only residence near the marinas, comprised of holiday homes with secure parking. This residence offers tranquility, proximity to the Pont Tournant beach (400m) and shops (400m).
