The property is a 2-room terraced house spanning 35 square meters across two levels. The living/dining room features a fan and an exit leading to the terrace. One room is equipped with a sliding door and a sofa bed measuring 120 cm wide and 190 cm long, accompanied by a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Senseo coffee capsules (extra). Air conditioning is available in the kitchenette. The bathroom and a separate WC are also included. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, there is an open gallery with sloping ceilings featuring one set of bunk beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and one French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts a terrace spanning 20 square meters, partially roofed, and facing a south-facing position. Terrace furniture and a barbecue are provided for your convenience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, extra). A reserved parking space, number 118, is also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking property equipped with a smoke alarm.
