Pleasantly renovated gîte rural, situated in a typical hamlet in a very quiet area, close to Gourdon (shops, leisure activities, lake) 10km away, swimming and fishing 6km away. You are halfway between the great sites of the Dordogne department and those of the Lot. Numerous walks and hikes nearby. On the ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, sofa, a bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom on a mezzanine attic (2 beds 0.90m). Private covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), not enclosed. Close to the owners' house.
