### Ker Mada - 2 km de la plage

Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers you this charming 105 m² house in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, which can accommodate up to 11 travelers. Located 1.4km from the beach, it features a 38 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 170 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The apartment is composed as follows:  
\- 38 m² living room with TV, sofas...  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedrooms 1 and 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 3: with double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 4: with two bunk beds (1 bunk bed 90x180 (sleeps 2); and 1 double bunk bed 90\*190 140x190 (sleeps 3))  
\- Three bathrooms with shower and bath  
\- Two separate WCs  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A lovely 170 m² enclosed garden, with outdoor tap, shower head and duckboard.  
\- A 36 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

\- Tennis club de Saint-Cast  
\- Walks: Grande plage, plage de Pen Guen, plage de La Pissotte, Plage de la baie de la Fresnaye, the old fishermen's quarter known as quartier de l'Isle and its chapel Ste Blanche

Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 cars), or in the residence's free parking lot.

\- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, approx. 1h30min drive
