Welcome to La Rivauderie, a charming family home ideal for a pleasant stay in Saint-Brevin-l'Ocean. Located in the Fief district, this house has two small parking spaces and is perfect for a family or a group of friends seeking comfort and tranquility.  
  
House Description:  
On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, a lounge area with a sofa bed, television, and games for the whole family. The bathroom is equipped with a massage shower for a relaxing moment, along with a toilet.  
  
Upstairs, the house offers a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a bedroom that can accommodate 3 people with one 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. Another toilet is also located on this floor.  
  
Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a parasol, and a synthetic lawn. A garden shed is available with beach and outdoor accessories.  
  
Included and optional services:  
End-of-stay cleaning is included for your peace of mind. Pets weighing less than 10 kg are welcome for a €40 supplement. Optional services are available, such as linens, baby care, and Wi-Fi (€45).

Ocean Beach is a 20-minute walk away, and downtown Ocean is a 15-minute walk. The bowling alley is 950 m away (approximately a 12-minute walk).
