In all weathers, come and enjoy its view to relax with family or friends! The 43m² apartment with the evocative name "Le Soleil Couchant" offers a panoramic view of the Ocean and the mouth of the Loire and is located just 100m from "La Plage des Pins" and the town centre "des Pins" with its shops, craftsmen, and local market. It has a double bedroom (two 80 cm beds with the possibility of a 160 cm bed) thus able to accommodate two people. The living room with TV and WIFI connection gives access to a 13m² terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, freezer refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. The rental also has a balcony without overlooking neighbours, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are also provided. A shower room and independent toilet complete the rental. For maximum comfort, you will have a covered and secure parking space (for city cars).
