Perched on a hilltop, the property also includes a château and a romantic park boasting superb views of the Charolais mountains, the foothills of the Auvergne, and even Mont Blanc on a clear day. A bucolic setting in a magnificent, unspoiled haven of nature and greenery, bordering woods and meadows (with peaceful Charolais cows as neighbors), adjoining the vast, wild Avaise forest, a protected ZNIEFF area.
