Independent gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house. Easy and free parking in the alley (access to the tarmacked gîte on a steep slope from the alley or by a staircase). Access via the wooden terrace (40 m2). Apartment offering a living room-kitchen (BZ sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), WC. 1 step to access the terrace (then 1 step from the living room to the bathroom and 1 step to access the WC). Entrance to the property under video surveillance. In the heart of the Savoyard foreland, perched on the village of Saint Béron, 10 minutes by car from Lake Aiguebelette, the motorway or 20 minutes from Chambéry, La Marmotte offers you a large terrace equipped for enjoy the panorama of the countryside.
