### Spacious countryside cottage with fishing pond

The Cormier cottage is exceptional in its proportions, its facilities and its environment. Enjoy with family or friends this very large house offering a large living room with 140cm TV and a large kitchen-dining room, 2 rooms open by bay windows onto the 40m² terrace. Choose your room from the 6 proposed atmospheres. And for games, your choice: board games, table football, ping-pong table or even a beautiful fishing pond of 4150m² (carp \~6kg, pike and roach).  
The cottage is located on the second site of a working farm where there is a building open to the meadows with heifers and pregnant cows. Your closest neighbors are the cattle in winter ... from spring they join the fields.  
From the cottage, you can go hiking and mountain biking.  
From the terrace and the bedrooms you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the pond. Observe the wild ducks!   
Saint Aubin du Désert is 13 km from Saint Léonard des Bois, and other activity spots in the Alpes Mancelles such as Saint Cénéri-le-Gerei, Sillé-le-Guillaume. Activities: tree climbing, hiking, horse riding, kayaking, swimming.   
All shops and services are in Villaines la Juhel, 10 km away.   
Let the owners guide you to discover local producers of vegetables, bread, honey ... and your outings.

Pond 10m from the house, not fenced. Presence of water lilies, slightly steep approach. In summer, the water level may drop. Swimming prohibited.  
Large covered courtyards to shelter cars, motorcycles, bicycles.  
Former moats of the Château du Cormier (\~15th century of which some wall elements remain).  
Baby equipment: cot - bathtub - changing mat - high chair - blender.  
Included: Beds made - Electricity - Wood 1 cubic meter - Oil heating - Bathroom linen (50\*100 towel).  
Optional: Cleaning €120 per stay from 1 to 14 nights - Wood > 1 cubic meter consumed €60.  
Pets not allowed.  
Possibility of a twelfth person on request. Step to enter the accommodation and several steps in the accommodation between the living area and the bedroom and games room  
Contact the owners a few days before your arrival to organize your reception.  
If you did not take the optional cleaning when booking, the cleaning amount (120€) will be deposited upon entering the premises (cash, check). The requested deposit will be returned to you as soon as the cottage is returned clean.
