Il est situé dans un village du causse noir, point de départ de nombreuses randonnées. On est proche en voiture des gorges du Tarn, du Larzac et de Millau. La propriétaire, Mme Cartayrade, est très sympathique et met à disposition une documentation riche sur les lieux à visiter dans le secteur (cartes, flyers, livres...). Aug 6, 2015 #### Très bon séjour dans les Causses Super gîte fonctionnel, bien décoré et calme dans une magnifique région !! Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, agrémenté d'un accueil chaleureux de Marie Jo la propriétaire qui nous a servi de guide pour visiter son cher Causse Noir ! Seul petit bémol (non pas au gîte mais à la localisation ...) les commerces manquent à proximité : il faut donc anticiper un peu. Malgré tout nous le recommandons vivement ! ##### A C. May 31, 2014 #### Superbe location et superbe région A la recherche d'une nature sauvage, de calme, de fleurs, de patrimoine et de géocaching (chasse au trésor) nous avons trouvé ici le graal tout est réuni sur le plateau du Causse noir pour passer une semaine de bonheur intense. L'appartement est idéalement conçu et très fonctionnel, les plus téléviseur grand écran, accès internet, lit en 160 avec draps fournis et le ménage en fin de séjour. Passionnés de fleurs nous avons eu le grand honneur d'être accompagnés par Marie José, notre propriétaire, ses connaissance sur la flore et la faune sont impressionnantes, elle nous conduira à la fleur tant recherchée le sabote de vénus, une après midi de partage que nous n'oublierons pas. Une semaine pour aborder la Causse noir c'est bien trop court, mais rendez-vous ai pris pour 2015 voire fin 2014 cette fois pour 15 jours. Je recommande cette location pour les amoureux de grands espaces. Le restaurant le Roc Banut à La Roque sainte Marguerite est une table incontournable pour un séjour accompli. ##### georges H. Aug 25, 2013 #### AGREABLE SEJOUR Logement très agréable, propre et bien équipé (cuisine complète). Le petit plus avec de grands lits dans les chambres et le local pour les vélos. Accueil très sympathique et souriant. La propriétaire saura vous conseiller et vous guider sur cette région qu'elle connait parfaitement (elle assure elle-même quelques sorties découvertes régulièrement). Le village est bien entretenu, un petit parc pour les enfants est juste en face du gite. L'église est également en face mais pour ceux que cela peut inquiéter les cloches sont stoppées la nuit. Les amoureux des grands espaces seront enchantés par les paysages atypiques du causse noir (roquesaltes, montpellier le vieux, etc.) et par les nombreuses randos possibles a proximité. Les sportifs seront également servis par les balisages VTT, les routes bien entretenues pour le vélo de route et même par la création récente d'un balisage pour des sorties trails autour de Millau (dont 3 ou 4 sur le causse noir pas loin du village). Millau est à 1/2 heure ce qui compense l'absence de commerces dans le village. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur place avec 1 seule journée de pluie sur 2 semaines et pu profiter au mieux de nos vacances avec notre petit bout d'à peine 2 ans. ##### POUSSIN-CAMIADE S.
