However, the service of the front desk is poor, take long time for check-in and get the key card. The conditions in room is bit wear and tear. Stains can be found on bedsheet and sofa. Do not expect Customer service. Customer service/experience was like hostel, not a hotel. Staff is not particularly friendly. No one has a smile (having a mask on was not an excuse). I requested a twin bedroom. Understood it was subject to availability but the reception stayed silent and did not mentioned at all.
