Surrounded by the calming aura of a historic building that combines modern comfort with the unspoilt landscape of Rügen, this idyllic flat offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable break. Whether for days of relaxation or active exploration in the fresh air - this gem is the perfect retreat for all your wishes.  
  
Inside, you will find a lovingly furnished flat that will make your stay pleasant and carefree. Amenities such as air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, including a ceramic hob, two coffee machines for filter and pod coffee and a kettle, guarantee comfort from the very first minute. The cosy living/sleeping area on the upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase, and the kitchen on the ground floor, which leads directly to the terrace, are cleverly designed, with the ceiling height on the upper floor varying between 1.67 metres and 1.99 metres.  
  
Outside, your private terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in the open air, while the communal garden right on the edge of the forest offers many opportunities to be in harmony with nature. The terrace and garden offer ideal conditions for anyone looking for peace and quiet or to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
