A 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks.  
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)  
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out  
  
Vintage Beach Cottage located across the street from Sagamore Beach! Easy access to the beach is located two houses down with Central AC. Good location for biking to the bike path along Cape Cod Canal.  
  
Let Us Tell You About This Home:  
Vintage Beach Cottage located across the street from Sagamore Beach. This house is great for an extended family's vacation. Spacious home with multiple levels, large common rooms and a yard big enough for a game of whiffle ball. Views of Cape Cod Bay from most North facing windows and the patio.  
  
Four Bedrooms located on the 2nd floor with a full bath. "Ship's Ladder" stairway to the 3rd floor BR with 1/2 bath. (Perfect sleeping area for teenagers or young adults but not recommended for those less mobile) Master Bedroom with a private full bath is on the lower level ground floor which is accessed by a stairway off the main level hall.  
  
Easy access to the beach is located two houses down. Good location for biking to the bike path along Cape Cod Canal. Tennis courts and playground nearby. Your pet may be accepted with prior approval. Central AC to cool the entire home!

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 8 - This includes parking on the grass in front of the home.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.

Nice location. Challenging though. No bathroom on main floor, hazy info like about linens. I brought kitchen linens per the info but there were plenty of kitchen towels. There was an iron and I had been told there was not one there. Just things like that. A bit confusing. We had a nice time. Thank you.
