Fully renovated while keeping original details. House is Facing otter pond and has wonderful water views of the pond. Main floor has a open living area with two sitting areas, a library and a dining area. A beautiful TV/Den room has another sofa and few poofs for lounging, watching TV or reading. Designer furniture with architecturally designed custom lighting and contemporary artwork throughout the house. Kitchen is fully equipped with bertazzoni five burner stove, Miele dishwasher abs large refrigerator, a breakfast table for four, French coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker. A bar area is equipped with all glassware and your bar needs. There is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room on first floor. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. From the master bedroom where is a king size bed you have beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are facing the backyard and have beautiful sunset views. The backyard has a cement designer table and benches and a sitting area as well as lounge chairs. The front porch overlooking the water has another seating area for morning or afternoon lounging.
