Whether you're alone seeking a quiet getaway, a couple on a romantic retreat, or a family on summer vacation, this is the place for you! This charming three bedroom cottage sits on a 10,000 square foot lot, with a bulkheaded beach extending over 130’ across. That’s a lot of beach! And all private! The bay is excellent for all levels of swimming. The water is always warm. You can go paddle boarding, sailing, jet skiing, and fishing. At low tide, stroll out on the sandbar to go shelling or dig up bucket loads of clams right in front of the house. The property offers expansive views from Jessup’s neck to Long Beach with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Boats and other watercraft can be rented from the neighborhood Marina. Read and relax on the beachfront patio or dine on the deck facing the bay. There is a built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven and dishwasher. There is one indoor newly renovated bathroom. There is also a nice and spacious outside shower. There are three bedrooms, each with their own brand new air conditioner, and 2 of the 3 bedrooms have flat screen Smart TVs, as well as the Living Room. All linens and bedspreads are provided. The washer and dryer are located outside near the outdoor shower and garage. The living room has two sofas and furniture with a nice size dining table that will accommodate 6\. The views from the dining area are spectacular. You'll have free access to Optimum's highest speed WI-FI (1GB). There’s parking for two cars in the driveway, one behind the other, and you can also park another car along the front of the property. Great Italian, Seafood, and Steakhouse Restaurants, a marina, liquor store, grocery, deli, salon and famous Trout Pond are less than a 3 minute drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk. The town of Sag Harbor village is 5-10 minutes away. Bridgehampton and the Long Island Railroad are 15 minutes. A Neighborhood Description about Sag Harbor: Sag Harbor / Noyac has a history dating back to the 1600's & during the first half of the 19th century was the whaling capital of the United States. During modern times Sag Harbor has evolved into a major tourist attraction drawing visitors from around the world. It’s a peaceful cottage right on the water with a beach backyard and amazing sunrises and sunsets. There were two of us staying comfortably full-time, but the house accommodated up to six adults plus an infant over a weekend.
