« We stayed at the cottage for two nights and enjoyed a full day on hire bikes exploring the area and wineries. It was a perfect base in a very quiet location but not far from the lovely local Sevenhill pub and a bit further to Clare. We wish we’d spent at least another night to see more of the area but also because the cottage was so well prepared and comfortable. « We had many problems in the cottage, starting with difficulty getting the key out of the black box. Unable to contact owner or maintenance man on either numbers given. Heater not working, control panel very grimy, freezer shelf badly in need of defrosting, outside back light not working, wood stove not working efficiently because of ashes from previous fires, and no pan or tools to clean it out with. Because heater not working, insufficient wood for wood fire. cobwebs in 2nd bedroom. »
