It was a comfortable home and had everything we needed - towels, bedding, washer/dryer. The use of the garage was a black plus as well. First, it's close to our house, and our family could walk between houses. It was within walking distance of the clubhouse and we were provided with a golf cart to use during our stay. The owners were easily accessible as well, which is always a plus. In addition, the back yard had stunning landscaping for lounging and the kitchen was stocked with just about any dishware you'd want during your stay.
