Welcome to your modern oasis! This remodeled mid-century single-level home combines timeless design with contemporary luxury. The open floor plan features high-end furnishings, natural light, and seamless flow to a backyard with a sparkling pool and yard for relaxing or entertaining.  
  
Situated in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac, it's close to parks, hospitals, restaurants and Sky River Casino, while offering a peaceful retreat. Perfect for families and friends to relax and create lasting memories.  
  
The space  
Spacious great room, kitchen, and dinning room. Awesome primary suite with brand new spa-like bathroom. Three additional bedrooms down the hall with a brand new designer bathroom.  
  
This a great place to stay for a little while or long term!  
  
Other things to note:  
The kitchen has a subzero fridge and gas stove. Quality furnishings and housewares have been sourced from CB2, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and other name brands. There are 5 beds total between all 4 bedrooms.
