It’s perfect! The backyard has that relaxed, older garden feel (and is larger than all the new homes in this part of California), yet inside it is just like a the highest upgrades at new home developer sites. I also loved the small extra touches, like the Keurig and the kettle. My kids loved the board games (even though they’re too young to really play properly).
