Welcome to Clearview Retreat where simplicity meets functionality We furnished the space with you in mind and hope that you will feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. We have two living areas with plenty of seating. You will find a total of 5 TV's with Xfinity streaming and Roku, high-speed internet and wifi in the entire home. We have a Pool Table, many board games, cards, and dice, there is a desk with an ethernet plugin if you need to work.
Outside you will find multiple sitting areas, an outdoor dining area, a pool, cornhole boards, and a variety of other yard games, Or just relax on the covered patio and watch the local news.
Hungry, order in, or prepare a meal in our fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, seasoning and your favorite appliances are here for you. Need something, a grocery store is close by.
There is nothing quite better than sitting out back and watching the sunset turn the sky orange and red just before it gets dark. Like birds? you are in for a treat.... many birds stop by throughout the day and at dusk, and use our waterfall to drink water or even take a bath. Looking for a relaxing getaway, you just found it!

Perfect house for a family

Outstanding home and hosts!

We LOVED our stay! House was awesome, organized, and so wonderful for a group of friends. Host communication was phenomenal. Super grateful for their hospitality. Cannot recommend this place high enough, we’ll be back any time we come to the Sacramento area for an event!

Great place to stay!

The place was very lovely and clean. It is well stocked with sheets, towels, blankets and even some snacks and coffee. Eve was a great host and was always helpful in answering my many questions. The backyard is very cute. We were here for a team tennis event and we all wished we had more time to use all of the amenities. We definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Citrus Heights

What an amazing stay in Citrus Heights!! I could not have asked for more from this property. Bunk Beds for the kids, with a separate room for the Teenager. On top of that we loved using the Pool Table, and were thankful for the Pool during the heat wave! I'm a regular VRBO user, and this one of the best experiences I've had. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area (Hopefully, it will be less than 100F next time!). Thanks Eve for the great communication throughout.

Fun retreat

We were really happy with this house. We could tell that it has been carefully prepared for guests with comfort in mind. It's well stocked and has lots of extras like games and activities. The pool was really nice to use and the patio was lovely in the morning and evening. (Too hot mid-day this time of year!) Convenient location and helpful guest instructions. We'll keep it in mind for our future needs.

Fantastic Property

We celebrated a 30th birthday at this property and we could not stop talking about how fantastic it is. There are so many things to do here. Swimming, putting green, corn hole, outside bar with TV, and games. The host has thought of everything. Every amenity has been thought of. Any type of cooking or baking item is provided. All the appliances work and we used them all. There are extra little things provided like toothpaste, toothbrushes and facial cleansing wipes. The inside and the outside are spacious with plenty of room for 10 guests. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful!

Eve is fantastic. I have stayed in different homes and have never had a hostess like Eve. She thought of everything. She left water for us plus snacks, tea, coffee, cocoa and so much more. Everyone loved the pool and the boys really loved playing pool. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely ask to come back. The place was clean and just beautiful. She left instructions in a book and you couldn't ask for anything more informative. She is just absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you Eve for such a wonderful vacation for us. God bless

What a perfect getaway

Relax and Unwind

Our group met in Sacramento to spend time with a friend who has terminal cancer. This was the perfect house for hanging out and spending time together. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of linens and -bonus - the beds were comfortable. The owner instructions were clear and Eve was quick to reply when I had a question.

Housed 10 people comfortably!

An absolute gem! Host was quick with responses and very kind. We had a quite large group but it worked out perfectly. We went with this place for the pool outside but ended up using the pool table inside the whole time. Our favorite part was just house welcoming the place felt. From the décor to the welcome message as you get in. Just in love with how "home away from home" it felt. If I could give this place 50/5 stars I would, because everyone LOVED IT. Would absolutely stay again. (A little tip if you stay here. Check every nook & cranny! There are games, toys, snacks, tools, spices and everything you could possibly need.)

Good experience with this rental. We were in CA visiting our family in Roseville. Great location for our stay. The house was well equipped and included the extras, including snacks, coffee, tea and all necessary kitchen supplies. Plenty of towels and linens. Eve was very responsive to any inquires and the welcome binder was most helpful with house instructions and local restaurant and shopping references. This rental met all our family vacation needs. The perfect stay

We came out to visit family and were looking for a place that would comfortably fit all of us for family dinners and activities, and this house was perfect! What a Gem!
