With 4 bedrooms plus den, 2 bathrooms, amazing outdoor area with large POOL and spacious gazebo, generous living space & stylish finishes, you will enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining. Centrally located between Sacramento and Rancho Cordova area the house is just a quick drive from the area top restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code

Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).

\-No events, parties, NO pets allowed: Violation fee may apply.  
\-Unapproved guest, Violation fee may apply.  
\-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed. (Violation fee: $500)
