The back entrance driving in was very bumpy in one area. There weren't enough seats/tables at breakfaat one day. The main road was outside our room. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels, the noise from the road didn't keep us up, the complimentary breakfast was great!

Even though this place is by the street, it’s not as loud as you’d think it would be, but it also depends if you’re used to the traffic noise. When another guest next door talks, it sounds like a whisper and a bit muffled. I like the rooms because you can tell it’s still newly renovated because of the scent. About the scent, I woke up and smelled cigarettes in my room so I’m assuming if one is smoking next door, it could possibly come into your vents. It wasn’t a strong scent but more like a whiff of smoke. Breakfast was not the greatest with watery eggs and rubbery sausages. Plus, I saw the breakfast lady pour hot chocolate from the cappuccino machine into the black coffee canister.

We stayed here Feb. 17-19, 2024. Overall, the room and facility were clean. All of the amenities in the room such as the refrigerator, microwave oven, sink, shower, coffee maker all worked well. The towels were clean and neatly folded. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. The outlets (the ones we needed to charge our phones and tablets) all worked. All of the lights and fixtures worked properly. The complimentary breakfast area was clean. They offered Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, mini muffins, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Coffee, tea and juices were also available for hotel guests. Overall, it was a basic offering that was enough for us to start our days. For the average person who doesn't required a lot of niceties; but a clean, convenient place to stay for a couple of nights, this place is perfect. While the only complaint I have and to be fair, the hotel can't really do much about this issue, is the noise. The hotel is located off of Highway 99 near a busy intersection (Mack Rd. and Stockton Blvd.) The noise level is pretty high from the road and traffic. If you're a light sleeper, this might pose as a problem for you.

The walls are extremely thin. Could hear our next door neighbors loud and clear when they decided to come back at 2am. They were having loud conversations, turning the tv volume up, and we could hear whenever they opened and closed the door. So if you don't plan on sleeping, this is the place for you.

Surprisingly clean and remodeled motel. Interiors looked quite modern. I didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast but there was a waffle maker. The room looked ok but the walls were paper thin. Wasn't even in the front unit and traffic and people outside sounded so loud I thought I left the window open. The door frame had massive gaps so cold air leaked in all night. Cranked the thermostat to 75 and was still cold on and off when the wind blew. If you bring ear plugs and aren't bothered by cold and draft it's a good value. But if you have trouble sleeping with noise and/or cold think twice.
