Whether you’re here for a family getaway or a business trip, our home is the ideal base for exploring the city. The space Our three well-appointed bedrooms are designed to offer maximum relaxation. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and tastefully decorated, ensuring a cozy and inviting atmospheres for all guests. Whether you're unwinding after a day of sightseeing or preparing for a busy workday, you'll find a private retreat that suits your needs. Relax and recharge in the living area, featuring a 65 inch TV with Netflix. Master bedroom with 55 inch TV. It’s the perfect spot to catch up on your favorite shows and movies after a day of exploring or attending meetings. We prioritize your convenience with on-site laundry facilities, so you can easily manage your laundry without the hassle of finding a laundromat. While our smart TVs come with streaming apps installed, guests will need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to log out of these apps at checkout. Guest access You'll have exclusive access of the entire unit during your stay. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. Other things to note \- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. \- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. \- Please try to utilize the parking space in the driveway and garage. Street parking is restricted \- No parties allowed. \- We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons. \- No pets. \- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). \- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither). \- Locals must contact us before booking. Oct 3, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Newly renovated, 3 bedrooms that are all upstairs, one bathroom upstairs in the hallway and one bathroom is downstairs, the kitchen is well done with a full size fridge and dishwasher. They provided some teas, coffee and sugars. There are a few pots and pans and dishes provided for cooking and eating in. There is a full size washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and clean white linens were provided. The place has a small patio with chairs in the backyard. Towels and linens were provided. It is located right near the train tracks and the trains goes by throughout the night which shakes the house a little and can be hard to sleep with, (which woke me up since I am a light sleeper). Perhaps earplugs could help with the train horn sounds. The owner provided toilet paper and paper towels. Feels like the house is newly flipped and there were a couple of items that the owner was still working on (small things like the toilet paper holder was missing in one of the bathrooms and the shelves in the linen closet were not all yet hung). The one negative thing I have to mention was there was a foul smell in the house that seemed to come from the upstairs restroom. It was as if an animal may have stayed in there (perhaps a renter brought them to the VRBO) and sprayed in that restroom. It made it difficult to use that restroom for some of our family members who could not tolerate the odor. Overall the location was convenient, and the home was well appointed. ##### Jennifer F.
