The male employee who checked me in was very curt, talked too fast and was not pleasant in my opinion. Also, i had called to check 8f it had a full kitchen and was told yes and that it had a regular coffee pot. Ot was not a regular coffee pot, had ni oven, which was very disappointing. The website showed a sit down breakfast, but instead we were given sack breakfasts like we were still in covid times. All of the food given was prepackaged and not pleasant to eat. I felt it was false advertisement as it said a full breakfast. That food was stale and hard. I was very surprised as well to pay a parking fee. We weren't in San Francisco and it wasnt listed we had to pay an additional $10/day fee for that. All around i was disappointed.

The pro: it was cheap for a luxury suite The con: it was dated smelled bad, kind of musky with a hint of mold. Carpets are old and warn out, and everything has a Y2K vibe. And…. You have to pay an additional $10 a day to park at there hotel. Did I mention the bed was horrible?

It was a bit tired - needs some facilities TLC. Carpets worn, hair dryer broken. Not sure why a parking fee was charged - open parking lot. Our bed was really hard, and for some reason the air conditioner was not working and it was miserably hot in our room. I do not recommend this place . The only thing we liked was the staff.

This hotel was quiet, clean and staff was very friendly. Was not a fan of the breakfast. It seems like the hotel has not moved away from Covid and your breakfast is ordered the night before and packed in the morning in a bag for you to take to your room. The breakfast options were very limited. The rooms had no pens or paper available which is something needed to fill out the breakfast paper menu. It also would be nice to have more USB ports available in the rooms. We could only find one on a portable clock in the bedroom, we had to share with 4 devices. This is a smoke free hotel, and you have to initial a paper stating NO Smoking. Unfortunately, some guesses think only applies to cigarettes. The hotel might want to specify exactly what type of smoking items and devices are not allowed. This could help the employees, not to be put in an uncomfortable position. The parking lot is not well lit and makes it for uncomfortable feeling to leave your car unattended. All and all for a quick trip...would stay again because cleanness and staff are always my number one priority.

The property was fine, but dated and smelly. Particularly galling was the $10 parking fee for an unprotected, open, poorly lit lot where there’s no safety implied or expected. My room smelled, the curtains were broken, and it was just a bummer of a place to stay.
