With amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests can relax and unwind in this serene space. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy all that Sacramento has to offer when you stay at our place. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :) If you're planning on catching a concert or basketball game, you'd be happy to know that this home is VERY close to the Golden 1 Center. There are plenty of things to do around the area, including many things within walking distance such as a family friendly park, the State Capitol Museum, Old Sac, Farmer's Markets, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony. Entire space, plus outside amenities, are included at this property. Please make yourself at home! :) We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival. ■ Check in time is AFTER 4pm and checkout is BY 11am. We are pretty flexible if you ASK US IN ADVANCE. ■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. ■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
