This cozy studio is the perfect spot to unwind, with downtown Sacramento and the American River just minutes away. Whether you’re strolling through the city’s vibrant streets or enjoying a peaceful walk along the river, you’ll love the convenience of being close to it all. The space is warm and inviting, making it a great home base for your stay. Whatever your plans, you’ll feel right at home here.  
  
The Space:  
This is a studio unit with one full bathroom. It has a kitchen (there is no stove) and this home doesn't have a dedicated parking space. Overnight parking is completely fine infront of the home. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit from 8AM-10PM except SAT & SUN. If it is necessary for you to park longer during these hours, the nearest paid public parking is available at 1200 F St, Sacramento, CA 95814 (Cross streets of Fat Alley and 12th St) Please be advised that the neighbor has a dog.  
  
Guest Access:  
You will have access to the entire unit. Note that there are two units (upper and downstairs unit) and you will ONLY have access to the downstairs unit. This home doesn't have a dedicated parking space.

Getting Around:  
The home is accessible through public transit, including SacRT bus routes and the Light Rail, with easy access to key locations. The area is walkable and bike-friendly, and ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. You may also bring your car. We offer street parking.
