Beautiful spacious rooms. Very clean. 2 rooms with 2 TV’s. Amazing free hot breakfast. Love the whole set up! Great comfy beds too! Worth every penny. Super affordable for what it is! Highly recommend. Only down side was there was no parking available as it was full. So we had to park across the street.

Unfortunately, I have to give this hotel 1-star. During our visit, the hotel was packed with families with kids of all ages. The kids were so terribly behaved (we're talking 20 kids... not just a few). I was extremely worried about for their safety and the safety of other guests. Even as late as 11pm, kids were running and screaming around the hallways. While getting dinner at the bar, I watched numerous young kids coming in and out of there rooms to peer over the hotel balconies, trying to find their parents -- a huge group of which were doing shots at the bar. I was dumbfounded. While parents not watching their kids is not exactly the hotel's fault, absolutely nothing was being done about the kids' behavior. If you are a parent who wants to absolve yourself of responsibility, this is the place for you. If you want to enjoy your own stay (and sleep peacefully), I cannot recommend this hotel. I regret wish spending $360/night for 1-night of chaos. Will not be returning.

Every room is genuinely a suite as describes. I gave a three star for property condition, because of the murkiness of the indoor pool water and smell of chlorine. Also, there was yellow tape around the jacuzzi preventing use.

The hotel was beautiful with an open layoout. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. A great experience (and in case I don't get any questions about the staff, THEY WERE SIMPLY DELIGHTFUL)

Es un hotel muy bonito desafortunadamente el dia que fui habían sobrevendido habitación y por poco me mandan a otro hotel además de que no me dieron la habitación que había reservado me hicieron un descuento por eso y estuvo bien, lo malo fue que cuando llegue a la habitación como que la limpiaron a la carrera y hasta la aspiradora olvidaron ahí y el piso del cuarto estaba súper sucio.

I like that it’s in the heart of downtown Sacramento. It would be great if there was self parking within the property but the public parking across the street was close enough and safe. The room with the view of the Golden Gate was worth the stay. The bed was so comfortable. The gym overlooking the pool was nice and clean. The evening reception and breakfast were good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Next to the Sacramento Bridge and river, near Old Town, very walkable to Railroad museum. Facility was very nice. There are evening free happy hour drinks and snacks. Breakfast was very good, with lots of hot food options, including omelet station. My only issue was the lack of parking. There is a garage across the street if you did not want to do valet, which was about $10 cheaper. There is a city lot behind the hotel that was cheap but I saw alot of broken glass there so we did not park there.

The suites are compact but roomy and there are other areas in the hotel to relax and read, eat or chat. For me, it’s the right place to stay when I’m in town for Rivercats games. It’s also just across the street from Old Town.

I have a house being renovated, my daughter is living thru it, and there is no shower at the house. So staying here where it was so clean, took herself a long shower, and stretched out on the floor…..then slept like a log! Next time I come to Sacramento, if I need a hotel I am staying here.

This hotel is very nice and friendly. The only down side is there are teens running in the halls screaming and playing. That has nothing to do with the hotel or their friendly staff.

Excellent base from which to explore Sacramento on foot. Suite was great for the three of us. Very polite and engaged staff. Morning complimentary breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Happy hour a nice way to wind down in the afternoon. Only nit was blanket for pull out couch could have used a cleaning. Would definely go back at this price point.

Another hotel for the books. This place was a great location to old sac as well as the capital. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool however in my opinion the pool water looked very dirty. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. This was the only hotel out of 5 hotels we stayed at that officer complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30-7. That was a big plus for us as we were traveling to different locations throughout California. They have the best customer service here. Will definitely come back. Even thought I gave 5 stars only downfall is parking is across the hotel. Or you can valet for 36 dollars.
