Lily’s guest house was a perfect little setup for me and my dog while we were home. Surprisingly spacious for one person and fully equipped with everything I needed and more; there was not much to complain about. The private backyard area with cover and seating was a nice addition; although it was really muddy during my visit and so we couldn’t utilize it as much as we wanted. I am sure it will be great for nice, quiet, and private evenings during the summer. Don’t expect much from the immediate neighborhood as it’s not the nicest, but a short drive will get you to some better areas with big parks and shopping. Overall had a great visit. ##### jordan k. I loved every little detail in the cottage, ample room in the fridge, ample room in the cottage. The greens on the walls were my favorite part! The property manager and the cottage were fantastic! It’s a beautifully renovated ADU with so many personal touches that make you feel at home. The bed and pillows are comfortable, which is a rare finding with Air BNBs! The host is very responsive and accommodating! Our biggest concern though was the neighborhood - it seems to be a pretty rough part of town. We didn’t feel safe going for a walk with our dog and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car parked on the street.
