Our spacious home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to shopping, entertainment and more. House has 3 bedrooms, 3 queen sizes beds , respectively and 2 full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay. All the mattresses are pillow top side to have a great quality sleep.  
  
Spacious open concept kitchen fully stocked and set up . You have a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, a sink to cook a delicious meal for your family. There are plenty of seating at the dining room (sits 6) and 2 bar tools at the kitchen to enjoy meals, picnic, drinks with your family.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Went very well; I would stay again. Recommendation to owner: you should have the carpets cleaned or replace with laminate. The whit carpets showed stains in the family and living room upon our arrival

#### Perfect Location & Size for small family

Conveniently located near food, gas, parks, and interstate. Perfect size for our small family in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very cozy, couches comfortable, and kitchen decent size for all.

Overall, the property was fine. The house definitely needs to have some TLC, but overall met our needs. The check in process was not smooth at all and the codes to get in the front door did not work prompting several calls and text. Towels are pretty worn out and could use updating. Location was good. The worse part of the stay was when the home owner/property management asked that I take out the trash bin to the road. It had been icy in the driveway. I normally would not have a problem doing such an easy task, but I don't work for the home owner and I was on vacation. sorry not a reasonable request given service and cleaning fees charged. Unfortunately, I would not rent this property in the future for headaches and inappropriate ask during my stay.
