The house was recently built and very nice. The walk to the beach was only 2-3 minutes with a place to wash your sandy feet on the way. We had four families with children. There was plenty of space with the four bedrooms and kids room in the basement. ##### Jim B. The location was perfect for secluded beach time and short day trips to some great Maine towns. The owners were very communicative and gracious. Really liked the two living rooms, and kids liked the video game setup in the basement. The property managers were very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.
