Welcome to your perfect place in Saco, Maine! This recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven offers a spacious and comfortable retreat. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, and the convenience of laundry ensures a stress-free stay.  
  
Plus, you're just a short stroll away from downtown Saco, where you can explore local shops, savor delicious cuisine, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether for work or leisure, this rental provides a welcoming home base in picturesque Saco, Maine.  
  
Welcome to this charming three-bedroom retreat designed for your utmost comfort. One bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the other 2 offers full-sized bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for everyone.  
  
For added convenience, the unit features two bathrooms, making morning routines a breeze. In the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, you can easily prepare your favorite meals. And to make your stay even more enjoyable, there's a washer and dryer included for hassle-free laundry.  
  
Step outside to discover your private outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and relaxing with a book or a cup of coffee. Whether it's a comfortable night's sleep, the ease of in-unit laundry, the pleasure of home-cooked meals, or the outdoor oasis, this space has it all for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.  
  
Guests will have access to all of unit 202. Please note that there are two other units on the property and some may have families or children with them.  
  
Yes, we do allow pets at our property, and there is a one-time pet fee of $150. This is to cover additional wear and tear on the property. Pets are not aloud on furniture, including beds, chairs, couches, etc. If we find evidence of this, a minimum $250 fine will be charged to the guest . Please note that pets are not to be left alone in the property, and we kindly ask that they are well-behaved so as not to disturb other guests.
