The location was beautiful and convenient to our son's graduation from Bates College. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable, make food, chat, and sleep soundly. Disappointed because the ceiling fans were filthy, layers of dust and idrt, couldn't use then for that reason. The standing fan in the upstairs bedroom was also quite dirty. The upstairs bathroom exhaust fan cover was very dirty. The window screens in the kitchen we so dirty that it was difficultto see out. What is the cleaning fee being used for, especially when the owner asks the guest to put the sheets in the washer and do light vacumming. This was not in the original information. ##### Gregory S.
