Surrounded by trees, meadows, and fields in the Unter dem Bodmen district, it provides a tranquil and scenic setting on the outskirts of Saas-Grund, just 2 kilometers from the town center.

The chalet boasts a shared garden and lawn perfect for sunbathing and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a barbecue area and a children's playground on the premises. Additionally, the property offers storage rooms for bicycles and skis, catering to outdoor enthusiasts.

The chalet features central heating, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer for shared use (extra charge may apply). Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese), allowing you to prepare delicious meals and indulge in traditional dishes. A dining table is conveniently located in the kitchenette area. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a 50-square-meter patio with terrace furniture and deck chairs (2), offering a beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, free WiFi internet access, and reserved parking at the house. Please note that this property is a non-smoking accommodation.
