Unit Layout  
The holiday flats are part of the "Montela Hotel & Resort" and are modern and stylish, designed for 2 to 7 people. They feature an outdoor seating area or balcony and are located in the heart of Saas-Grund. The 3.5-room holiday apartment is situated on the upper floor, accommodating 4-5 people comfortably. It has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa bed (140cm wide) that can accommodate an extra person. The apartment is non-smoking and situated approximately 5 minutes away from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars.  
  
Amenities Included  
The modern 3.5-room holiday apartment comes fully equipped with an open kitchen and a bathroom (with shower/WC). You can relax on the balcony with garden furniture. Free top high-speed WLAN, a private parking space in front of the house (free of charge), a ski and bike room with its own lockable locker, and a laundry room (subject to a fee) for shared use in the basement of the house are also available. A lift is available for your convenience. The price includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating), parking, internet, and reception service. Dogs are welcome upon request.  
  
Other Information  
The holiday flats are centrally located, with the bus stop "unter dem Berg" right next to the holiday resort. Guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation in Saas-Grund, with the option to benefit from the unique and exclusive catering offer, where balanced & regional breakfast or delicious meat and cheese specialties can be delivered directly to your door. You can explore the Saas hiking and biking routes or nearby skiing and cross-country skiing trails in the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region during your vacation. The final cleaning cost is not included in the rental price, while the cost of bed linen is CHF 30 per person. Exclusive and to be paid on-site are the Tourist tax for summer (01.06. - 31.10.): CHF 7.- for adults/night, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years), and Visitor's tax for winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults/night, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years). A surcharge of CHF 10/night applies for dogs. Cots, cot linen, and high chairs are available upon request (free of charge).
