Lovely terraces surround the cozy village squares. From the village goes the first ski lift (also in summer), which gives a direct connection to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area. Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is on your doorstep, with challenges for every type of skier. And not too far away, you can be in Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour. Many sporting activities in the area make this flat attractive.
