« Lors d’un séjour de 3 nuits, nous avons demandé d’avoir seulement un passage dans la chambre pour le nettoyage, le changement de serviette, laver les tasses et remettre des produits d’accueil.. celui-ci n’a pas été fait. Nous sommes obligés de réclamer à l’accueil que le nécessaire soit fait lors de notre retour le soir dans la chambre. Il fait pas très chaud dans la chambre, pas assez d’aération, du coup des flaques d’eau le long de la fenêtre et au sol et plein d’humidité. »

"Hôtel neuf et idéalement situé pour visiter Amsterdam (2 gares à côté). Néanmoins, type de chambre non respecté sur 2 des 4 nuits réservées… Pourtant la réservation ayant été effectuée 6 mois plus tôt. Une des réceptionniste, Amandine, est française et a facilité le séjour. Au delà de ça, il s’agit d’un hôtel avec de nombreuses chambres et est très impersonnel. "
