ACCOMMODATION Ground Floor Steps downs from the pavement lead to the front door open to the kitchen that has a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The lounge off the kitchen has a feature fire place, a comfortable sofa, arm chairs and a dining table. First Floor A steep cottage style staircase leads up from the lounge to a shower room with hand basin and wc and 2 well decorated bedrooms, one a double bed, bedside cabinet and the other a twin room bedside cabinets and with wardrobes. The house is warmed by gas central heating. Outside French doors open out from the lounge into the sunny courtyard garden surrounded by mature plants. A bistro set and a summer house is provided for guests to unwind in. Parking is on street in the local vicinity.
