The house is split level with the entrance at the top floor—two bedrooms and a full bath along with kitchen and living room upstairs; two bedrooms, full bath, and large den/TV area downstairs. Laundry facilities and a great outdoor deck! The house was wonderfully clean on arrival and has anll the features that I think make an extra great host— ample pillows, lots of ambient lighting (bedside lamps!!), extra blankets, games and puzzles, beach towels and toys, and cooking supplies. Four bedrooms are hard to find and this one was perfect for us. Only about 15 minutes from Cavendish and 25 from Charlottetown, this property is very well situated. Kenzie Cottage was the perfect spot for our two families to stay at while visiting the island. From the moment we walked in, we were blow away by the cleanliness of the cottage and how well stocked it was with everything one could possibly need.
