"i would say the only thing we didn’t have was hot water in the shower but other than that it was an amazing stay, very clean;no bugs. if i ever go back to new york in this area i would definitely stay again! "

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

"Great location within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable but most were fine. I recommend adding a can opener to the property."
