    The cabin is part of a duplex, with Cabin 23 located right next door, among six other nearby cabins. The two cabins are side by side and connected by a shared wall but has a private entrance and full amenities.

Cabin was comfortable and nice, could have been a little cleaner. Dishes were dirty. The refrigerator freezer is in dire need of defrosting.Overall an ok experience.

Property was very private and clean. Enjoyed time on the porch and seeing many Elk nearby. Disappointed that the pond/waterfall was not functional. We would not have booked here if we knew that. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Loved the pond, parking in # 24 because we have a diesel pickup, and the creek so close. Walked my dogs along creek multiple times.

We enjoyed the cabin very much, A couple of minor things came up but did not distract from the stay. However, the grounds are an issue. We understand that the area experienced a flood about a year ago which was devastating to the entire town. But one would expect the area of rentable cabins to be presentable. Overgrown grass and weeds dominated. Also, the pond in the middle of the cabins does not look anything as the advertisement. In fact, it was dry and the pump house is collapsed. The location is wonderful; we stay in Ruidoso often. But the grounds need some TLC.
