« quand nous sommes arrivés à 21 H 20, l'accueil était fermé (l'heure de fermeture indiquée était 21H 30) et nous avons dû appeler le numéro d'urgence pour obtenir le code qui nous permettait de récupérer la clé. Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre en journée, mais impossible d'augmenter le chauffage; c'était bloqué sur 18 degrés. Les lits et la salle de bain étaient propres mais le nettoyage des sols laissait à désirer. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon et le personnel de service gentil et...
